Our Raymond-Benoît residential project is located in the municipality of Saint-Zotique in the MRC of Vaudreuil-Soulanges. This picturesque, tranquil riverside town also offers residents quick and easy access to all the services and amenities of modern life.

Highway 20 runs through the municipality, giving access, via Highway 30, to the city of Vaudreuil-Dorion in less than 25 minutes. The town is also located near the Ontario border and about 35 minutes from the Greater Montreal area.

Saint-Zotique stretches 8.4 kilometers along the shores of Lac Saint-François. It is also proudly home to a 12-km-long network of artificial navigable canals, an enchanting attraction and a unique site in Quebec that is appreciated by all residents and is the envy of visitors.

Another enviable aquatic attraction is the tropical-style Saint-Zotique Beach. The beach offers a multitude of activities and amenities, including swimming, playgrounds, water workout sessions, water sports (pedal-boats, canoeing, kayaking, kayak yoga, sailboats, etc.) as well as a number of sports fields and picnic areas.

Several recreational and sporting activities, outdoor amenities and a conservation area are also located within the territory. There are parks and green spaces, tennis courts, a golf course, skating rinks, a dog-park and a four-season bicycle path that runs the 8 km of the municipality. A number of activities and events are also held in Saint-Zotique all year long. Residents young and old are invited to come out and enjoy festivals, holiday celebrations, concerts, conferences and more.

The ultramodern library has a room reserved for conferences and meetings. The library also organizes activities for children, adolescents, adults and families. The Maison du Citoyen also hosts activities for all age groups, including mom-and-child gatherings, pre-teen and teen activities, and health workshops for seniors, all with the aim of promoting the health and well-being of the entire population.

Saint-Zotique has 4 elementary schools, as well as nursery and preschool programs and a day camp at the beach. The municipality is also less than 20 minutes from the Valleyfield CEGEP.
